The Journalism master programme at the Universidad Estadual de Ponta Grossa (Paraná, Brazil) will start in 2013 and invites foreign students to apply for post-graduate studentships to join. Applications can be made at the CAPES site. Deadline is soon: 15 October 2012. These studentships are available for students from third world countries only.
