I believe it would be good to continue our email-discussion in this blog for a while; as a way to get used to the site, to see if it works and to discover what ought to be changed.

When I proposed the Ø as logo, I certainly did not imagine it as a political problem. Very few outside Denmark would associate it with the leftwing party Enhedslisten, as almost nobody knows that it’s electoral letter symbol is the Ø. As it seems the problem may have disappeared all by itself in few years. But as Ø evidently is a problem, let us drop it from the logo if we cannot come up with some brilliant solution, as did Öresundskomiteen.

In this 2nd site proposal there is no logo. And seriously, if our work has some influence or will be remembered this has little to do with a logo. My suggestion is to start out without logo, and not resume the discussion before the name has been determined: Ørecomm, Örecomm or Orecomm.
