CfP: Communication and social change in Africa

The conference, to be held in Grenoble (France), 27-29 January 2010, is a continuation of the conference “Communication and social changes in Africa and Caribbean”, held in Douala in april 2006. A report from that first conference is available. Now, 30 years after the Unesco MacBride report, it seems necessary to evaluate the analyses on which it was founded, from North/South relations and more particularly with a focus on Africa.
