Research portals: Danida and Sida

The Danish (Danida) and Swedish (Sida) governmental development organisations both maintain research portals with information relevant to ComDev researchers.

The Danida Research Portal provides access to information on research projects funded by Danida. The portal includes projects supported through The Consultative Committee for Development Research (FFU), including pilot research projects, as well as support to centres, networks, platforms, and support to international research.

The information from Sida is organised differently. For a general overview of Sida’s research cooperation please follow this link. More in-depth information is provided by Sida’s Unit for Research Cooperation with databases, open calls, methodological support and overview of research findings. This site is designed to provide detailed information on Sida’s research cooperation activities. It is partly interactive, i.e. by providing opportunity for researchers and experts to register in a database.
