Seminar: Comprehending Social Change

The research programme Media, Communication and Society invites to participate in a full day seminar on “Comprehending Social Change”, in Aarhus on 25 April 2013, 10-16.30 hrs. Participation is free, but registration necessary, here. Registration is open until 22 April. The seminar will take place at ADA 333, Helsingforsgade 14, 8200 Aarhus N.

This seminar brings together scholars from different academic fields – Media, Communication, Sociology and Anthropology – to discuss how to comprehend social change in Nepal and beyond in the Global South. The introductory lecture will be given by professor Karin G. Wilkins speaking on “Comprehending Social Change: Zooming out on perspectives/zooming in on challenges”.
