Last minute: Call for Papers: Conference on Communication for Social Change
What is the potential of information and communication in relation to democratic governance, social responsibility, human rights, accountability and social change? This will be discussed 7-8 November at the III International Conference on Communication and Society, organized by the research group CSII (Comunicació Social i Institucional) at the University of Girona, Spain.
The research group welcomes paper proposals under the following themes:
- Institutional communication, quality and democratic control
- Communication for social change and social responsibility of the media
- Information, Internet and citizen participation
- Collaborative actions, technology and culture
