Online Seminar: Learn about Media Development in Non-profit Contexts

”Media, Globalization and Development” will be the overarching theme for a seminar arranged by the Communication for Development programme at Malmö University. It takes place 8-9 November and is hosted by ECLA of Bard, a Liberal Arts University in Berlin.

Participation on site is reserved for students enrolled in the Communication for Development master programme in Malmö, but a public live-stream from the seminar will be available here.

The seminar includes a presentation by MICT – Media in Cooperation and Transition – a Berlin based development organization that implements media development projects in the Middle East and Northern Africa.

You can also find more methodology inclined lectures in the programme, such as the one on ”Writing Ethnography” by Ørecomm co-director Oscar Hemer.
