CfP: Multimedia Communication Systems for Social Change and Development

The African Council for Communication Education (ACCE), Nigeria Chapter is pleased to announce its 2010 National Conference/Annual General Meeting which will be held at the American University of Nigeria,Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria from 11th to 15th October 2010.

The theme of the conference is Multimedia Communication Systems for Social Change and Development.

Conference participants will provide perspectives on the role of multimedia communication systems for Social change in Africa as well as audits of the current and predictive factors for assessing the future of African development. One of the key questions will be: What combination of factors, together with multimedia communication systems, will yield productive and desirable outcomes for the present and future development of Africa? With multimedia communication systems for social change and development as the primary focus, presentations will also cover a range of other topics, as listed in the call for papers.
