Seminar: Life in Movement – Your Story belongs to the Story of the City

This interesting seminar on women’s experience of migration and life in Malmö, Sweden, will be held at Garaget in Malmö on 2 Dec 2013, 6.30 pm.

After an introductory overview over immigration in Malmö in the past 100 years, the participants will be invited to share their own stories and memories. The aim – giving life to the history of immigrant women in Malmö.

The event is part of the Living Archives project at Malmö University, which involves, among others, Ørecomm participant Anders Høg Hansen.

Living Archives aims to analyze and prototype how digital archives for cultural heritage can become social resources, how they can facilitate social change, create cultural awareness and collective collaboration.
